Abstract: Zhuozishan, located in the southwest of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, belongs to the peripheral area of the Ordos basin, where the karstic physiognomy is well developed. The distribution pattern of the karstic groundwater in Zhuozishan area is concluded based on its occurrence and regional structure analysis. The karstic groundwater was found by means of hydrogeologic survey, geophysical exploration and drilling. The situation of lack of water in the area has been relieved.
