REVIEW AND PROSPECT ON THE EXPLORATION AND UTILIZATION OF OIL SHALE
The oil shale resources and its utilization in China are introduced. It is predicted that a large-scale exploration for oil shale is not feasible in a short time. With a steadily increasing demand for oil and the high international oil price, oil shale is inviting more and more attentions for a substitute. The exploration and utilization of oil shale will stage a comeback.
